I'm 17, I want to become fit and muscular. What should I do?
I currently weigh 179 lbs. and am 5’9". I know I don’t eat healthy and I skip breakfast. I don’t exercise and I don’t have a fitness club membership. I want to be healthier and have an envious body, what should I do? I am willing to save up money if I need to. What should I eat? I need a better diet, I have gained 10 lbs. I need help, I am harming myself. I eat a lot of fast food, like 4x a week. What excercises should I do? How many and how long?

Lay off the fast food… Start eating foods with lots of protein like fish, shrimp, or chicken. Go weightlift and drink a protein shake after that. You’ll gain nutrients, be fit and healthy
just go out and play sports with your friends. Jumping rope is one of the easisest way to exercise least expensive and very effective. Most important of all never starbe yourself, or u will end up eating more than what u were suppose to eat. Or just go play sports with your friends.
Buy a gym and use it! start running and swimming, it only takes about 20 minutes three times a week. Eat well balanced meals with plenty of protein.
you should go on a south beach diet!!! it works really good!!! and u should go to a gym and exercise 2-3 times a week and on the days that you arent doing that you should go walking!!! well good luck!!!

if you can join a gym and do tread mill, and workout, if you cant afford it, go to the highscholl tracks and run or bike if you can . every thing would be ok just go easy on junk food and carbs

stick to that with cardio and lifting…do lot’s of powercleans…that will give you muscle everywhere
cut the bad food…no fried foods…no fast food… get a gym of some type…do ab workouts and if you get a gym membership ask some of the workers in there for some good exact workouts…losing all of your weight doesn’t come spontaneously and when it does come…the abs won’t be there right away…it all takes time…to get good abs…you will need a body fat 10% or lower…the lower…the more abs that show…and the more ab workouts…the bigger the abs…!

You need to start by doing the exact opposite of what you’re doing now! ditch the fast food – you will feel much better and see results for not eating that. You don’t want to know what it’s doing for you!
Join a gym…you will get advise from a personal traininer on what cardio & weight training to do.
You could see a dietician on what to eat…but really its just common sense. Plenty of fruit and veg, get all your food groups and lots of protein will help when you’re doing weight training to keep you full for longer and to feed those new muscles!
Its a life changing turn around but you can do it!! I certainly did and feel like a new person now.
You have answered your own question. Eat healthy and when you are exercising daily returned to a weight that is right for you then consider increasing the amount of protein you consume to help with lean muscle mass. You don’t need a club membership to get fit. Have a look at Sylvestor Stallone’s original start he got fit lifting concrete in his basement and running! First establish your final goal and write it down, then write the steps it will take to get their. Mark off each step as you attain it. You will see yourself moving towards the goal very quickly. Don’t make the steps too big. Good Luck

my friends usually get that kind of informtion from their sport coaches or they go with their boyfriends/girlfriends to the gym at least 3 nights a week with the intend of also spendin some time together. and once your at the gym you could ask for a personal trainer .
Eat healthy foods, dont skip breakfast, do exercise, join a fitness club, don’t eat fast foods, and consult a nutritionist or a doctor to have a better diet. The fitness club management will tell you what exercise you should do.
In order to build muscle and strength, you need to work out three times a week. Do three repetitions of twelve on all of your major muscle groups. The most important part of this is that by the time your reach the number 9 out of the 12 reps, your muscles need to be trembling. If they are trembling, the muscle fibers are tearing, which is what you are shooting for. The following day, you rest them by not doing resistance training. It takes your muscles roughly 48 hours to repair the damage you did. And when the tissues repair themselves, they grow bigger. Each and every time.
Eat breakfast every day and try to stay away from fast food. It just takes a bowl of cereal and a glass of orange juice.
And get enough sleep. Very important.
Oh, if you don’t want to go to the gym, get a Bowflex. They have some inexpensive models that will do the trick. I think the Bowlfex Sport is halfway decent for the money.
you know the path your asking me your not going to listen you can become creative despite your lack of funds you can eat some trash and git away with it but if you skip breakfast which is the most important part of the day your going to eat mustle and then you will stock fat in your reserves is that what you want does the clock go all the way arround and you dont eat then you got no reason to be workingout you need to eat your paying 3 times as much 2 eat out you ever try throwing some garden seeds on the ground and see what happens try it and forage in your garden weither it be a single pot in a window youll like it and its very simple pleasures that can make you happy there is an over abundance of food the hardest part of the million mile journey begins with the first step you have to make a decision what you going to do its your body none of ours we cant make you do it

I wish that I would’ve done something to eat correctly and sought the correct advice from a pro at a fitness club on the right exercises to get a will rounded physique . I was 5′ 9" and weighed 140lbs and had to GAIN weight . Seek the answers to your ????s by joining a health club ,follow their advice and stick to it for the rest of your life and the benefits will be astounding to your health and well being ! Ok, here’s the easiest way to remember what not to eat. If it’s white, don’t eat it. Now I’ll explain, no white bread, no white flour, no white sugar, no milk, no white pastas, no white rice. WHY? Well these are all carbs and if you cut out the carbs you lose weight. Of course now lets be realistic, you probably can’t stick to this because it’s too large a change, so here is what my nutritionist told me. If you can’t avoid carbs, the at least make sure that you eat NO carbs after 4 in the afternoon. And believe it of not, she was right. Just with that small change in life style and light exercise for 20 minutes, three times a week, I’ve lost; so far, 71 pounds, (in 5 months). Good luck.
Do the opposite of what you say you do now. Give yourself time to grow up a bit more. At 17 you’re not totally physically grown. Exercise everyday and eat heathty.
