I ultimately want to be an occupational therapist but I want to choose an undergraduate major that will get me some sort of back up job.
Which major would have the most opportunities/most money
social work, psychology, exercise science, health and fitness management, sociology, health education, art therapy…
My arms aren’t really fat but they’re just kind of lumpy looking and even when I flex they’re still lumpy. Is there anything I can do at home with no exercise equipment that will tone them up without adding bulk? I’m away for the summer and don’t have access to my gym and I left my weights at home.
I am a 16 year old male. I would like to lose weight and increase muscle for my health, fitness and appearance… I play sports, so fitness is important. What exercise should i be doing daily? and how much of that exercise.. ex: 25 pushups? I am searching for a (for lack of a better word) schedule that i should follow to lose weight and build muscle…. I am overwight in my opinion.. I am pretty atheletic.. ex: i can run 2 miles without stopping, do push ups, sit ups, and run tires, sprints, and other stuff coaches would make you do

What should you wear in the sauna at 24 Hour Fitness?
I’ve never tried the sauna at 24 Hour Fitness, and I was wondering what people usually wear. I don’t know much of sauna etiquette.
Nothing! Ha, unfortunately you have to wear something, shorts and a shirt, something that is decent enough to cover the private areas. Another common thing is a swim suit.
It is painful to have to talk with the manager. I want to go in and out and have this matter resolved. Any suggestions?
I am looking for some exercise equipment that is designed to build the pectoral muscles in a way that the breast appear to be bigger and firmer

i can currently do about 5 or 6 full extension pull-ups, 60-70 crunches in 2 minutes, and i don’t know how long it would take me to rune 3 miles but i guess i’d say about 30 minutes giver or take. this is very important to me and i could use any tips or advice you have to give. thanks!
i prefer adventurous training such as fire walking. i prefer the duration 3 to 4 weeks. more prefer in any asian countries. because i am from india. otherplaces in nominal expence prefered. can you suggest any programme.

In other words, are the calories burned on the machine truly in addition to the calories you would burn if sitting still (for the time you’ve spent exercising)?
Okay so I want to be a Physical Therapist. I’m not too sure whether or not I should be and exercise and health fitness major and then get my masters in physical therapy, or, major in biology with my masters in physical therapy. Any ideas???
where in san antonio can you buy exercise equipment at a great price? I know the usual department stores and Academy but is there anything else out there? isnt there a Dick’s sporting Goods somewhere in town?
