Does anyone know of any company that does free gym membership or cheap membership?
Some of the smaller private gyms or local council ones don’t require membership and can be used on a pay as you go basis. Have a look what’s in your local area.
I think most of the big well known ones are all very expensive and expect you to commit to paying for at least 12 months

I think that the overlad principle is doing several different exercses on the same group of muscles to work them until you can’t do any more. Like doing three different exercises that work the different areas of your back and your biceps till you’re “dead”. You’ll be real sore in the morning but it means the workout worked. But don’t work them same muscles constantly, give at least a days rest period.
You gotta plan your routines, be prepared and know what you’re trying to accomplish; be dedicated to sticking with them and finishing them out, not pussing out because you’re tired and sore and getting in their just doing it; being patient and not looking for drastic results right away.
The benefits are looking better, getting toned and improving your aura; feeling better, it strengthens your heart and promotes better blood flow throughout the body, getting stronger, its a good release of stress.

Gold’s Gym Membership Fees?
Does anyone know what are the membership fees for Gold’s Gym in North Las Vegas, NV? I called but they are very pushy about me going in to explain prices. I want to go in with my eyes open. I am currently a member of Las Vegas Athletic Club and I pay $21 bucks monthly. I paid $5 bucks to enroll. I want something around that price. I moved and I don’t have a LVAC close to my house. The closest one is Gold’s Gym. Thanks in advance!
The Gold’s gym I go to is located in California, but they charge $299 per year for new members.
