how do you view exercise?
Most people have grown up thinking of exercise as a form of punishment. In the movies or in gym class, some authority would tell you to “drop and give me fifty” whenever you stepped out of line. I however, view exercising as a means of embracing the day. We are all born, live, and grow old… to the point where we may not be able to move as much anymore. In looking at it as a gift, to be able to push my body to its limits without yet being elderly or physically handicapped where I couldn’t do so. I think it’s a privledge to be able to do so, but others may disagree. Wha’s your take on exercise? Is it a punishment, or a blessing to be able to even do so?
I love it.
It depends on the types of exercise you do and how you view it. I like to swim, run, play sports, and just work out at the gym. But I look at it like this: I love to do those things, and I like to be healthy, and killer abs during the summer season ain’t so bad either :-)
Being able to embrace exercise is a blessing.
It should not be seen as a chore, but a source of good health.
