Dance class exercises!!!!?
ok, i’m 15 now ( guy ). and im wanting to learn how to dance at some dance school but it’s like 15 is quite of an age already so i’m thinking that are there any workouts or exercises i MUST or have to do so that i can make out the dance moves easier ( easier to bend down in case i have a stiff waist or back, or something like that ) ???
Cause im really afraid i will not have the ability to make out the dance moves due to stiffness or something relevant.

You don’t mention what type of dance you are going to take, But 15 for guys is not that late. My suggestion is do some pilates or yoga. However, it is easy to hurt yourself and do things wrong if you have no instructor. If you are talking about touching your toes, it is your hamstrings that are tight, not your back. You could try some gentle stretches but remember to roll up vertebrae by vertebrae slowly so as not to get injured when straightening up. Also do not bounce the stretch.
You will be given stretches in dance class to increase your flexibility. You don’t just start doing dance moves from nothing, so do’t worry about it too much.
